Ralf Czeschka has extensive work experience in the glass industry, starting their career in 1997 at EUROGLAS as a Project Manager and later becoming the Technical Director of Float Glass Engineering. Ralf then worked at Glas Trösch AG as a Project Manager in R&D before becoming the Director at Glasinvest Engineering und Anlagenbau GmbH. Ralf also served as the Managing Partner at GIS - Glass International Services GmbH. In 2007, they established CZ Consulting and worked as a Consultant before joining JSJ Jodeit GmbH as a Director. Ralf then moved to ghs glass GmbH as the Director of Sales and subsequently became the Managing Director of ghs | glass gmbh. Their most recent role was as the Director Business Unit Float at Nikolaus Sorg GmbH & Co. KG. Currently, they are the Managing Director at GS Engineering GmbH.
Ralf Czeschka completed their education in the field of chemistry. Ralf attained a Diplom degree from the Technische Hochschule Merseburg, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. Later, they pursued further studies as a Doktorand at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 1992 to 1994.

We are the leading independent supplier of glass melting furnaces and glass conditioning systems. We provide concept development, planning and engineering, equipment and systems, and a full range of services for all sectors of the glass manufacturing industry. We can provide oil, gas, electric or oyx-fuel heating systems, or combinations thereof, and we have extensive experience of both regenerative and recuperative combustion air preheating systems. Forehearths - glass melting furnaces - glass conditioning - glass furnacesOur furnaces and forehearths are used to melt and condition almost all commercially produced glasses for containers, rolled plate, blown and pressed ware, lighting ware, tubing, insulating and textile fibres, stonewool fibres and ceramic frits. Our smallest furnace melts just 2,5 tons per day, whilst the largest currently produces over 525 tons per day. We currently have a total of over 250 furnaces and 700 forehearths operating and our customers produce glass in more than 70 countries throughout the world.
