Antonia Roros

Antonia Roros is currently a Senior HR & Operations Business Partner at Nikon, where they focus on aligning people strategies with business objectives to cultivate a high-performing workplace culture. Previously, Antonia worked as an HR Business Partner at Prestige Employee Administrators, advising clients on HR matters and fostering teamwork. They began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Amneal Pharmaceuticals and later held various HR roles, including at the State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry and Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP. Antonia holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and is currently obtaining Life and Health Coach Certification from the Health Coach Institute.
