AnzheLika Lagun is an experienced IT Recruitment Team Lead at Nitka Technologies since December 2015, where responsibilities include guiding a team of eight recruiters, managing high volumes of vacancies, and developing talent acquisition methodologies. Previously, AnzheLika served as an HR Manager and IT recruiter, facilitating interviews, sourcing candidates internationally, and overseeing new employee onboarding processes. Prior roles included serving as a Tourism Manager at ЧУП "Кактус Тур," and a Travel Agent at ООО "Бест Тревел," where skills in client relations, travel planning, and problem-solving were honed. AnzheLika holds a Bachelor's degree in cross cultural communications from the Institute of Contemporary Knowledge (2005-2010).
