Farahat Banu is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in both IT and non-IT recruitment. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Niktor IT Inc since May 2023, Farahat Banu has worked extensively with direct clients and implementation partners, managing diverse tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099, while utilizing ATS tools like Ceipal and Oorwin. Prior to this role, Farahat Banu held positions as a Senior Recruiter at Tachyon Technologies from August 2021 to March 2023 and as a Senior Associate at WNS Global Services from October 2020 to August 2021. Farahat Banu holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Rajah R.S.R.K.Ranga Rao College, completed in April 2020.
