Ilja Czolkos has a strong background in nanotechnology and microtechnology research. Ilja started their career as a Research Associate in Micro- and Nanotechnology at Chalmers University of Technology from October 2009 to August 2011. Ilja then worked as a Research Associate in Nanotechnology at McGill University from September 2011 to August 2013. Following that, they joined the Technical University of Denmark as a Research Associate in Nanotechnology from September 2013 to August 2015. Currently, Ilja works as an R&D Engineer at NIL Technology, where they focus on utilizing cutting-edge nanotechnology methods and instrumentation to add functionality to surfaces.
Ilja Czolkos has a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Potsdam, which they obtained from 1999 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physical Chemistry, Micro- and Nanotechnology at Chalmers University of Technology from 2005 to 2009.
