Sushil Bhandari

Sushil Bhandari has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Sushil served as the CEO of NILA Infrastructure and the Sambhaav Group of Companies, where they acted as a guide and mentor to functional heads, framed policies and procedures, and served as a link between owners/promoters and stakeholders. Prior to that, they were CEO at Brady & Morris Engg. Co. Ltd and also served as the Unit Head at Real Strips Ltd. Sushil held the position of General Manager, Vice President, and CEO at Polyset Products Pvt. Ltd, where they oversaw day-to-day operations, implemented customer complaint handling systems, and developed export sales and marketing policies. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager at Gujarat Dyestuff Ltd and Kiran Textiles Pvt. Ltd, handling financial and commercial operations, introducing systems and procedures, and supervising export/import formalities.
