Jason Hungerford

Jason Hungerford is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Wells Fargo since August 2021, Jason has previously held positions as Senior Employment Counsel and Employment Counsel within the same company. In addition, Jason has worked as an Attorney at Nilan Johnson Lewis PA since January 2017, where the firm specializes in labor and employment law among other areas. Prior roles include Associate Attorney positions at Nichols Kaster, PLLP and Kemp Smith, LLP, as well as a Law Clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Jason began a legal career as a Certified Student Attorney in the Appellate Division of Ramsey County.
