Robert Burris

Robert Burris, Ed.D., currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the DeKalb County Chamber and holds the position of Head of School at Lakewood Park Christian School since August 2018. Alongside these roles, Burris is a Doctoral Advisor in PhD/Organizational Leadership at Columbia International University and serves as Regional Commissioner and Board Member for the Association of Christian Schools International. Since June 2017, Burris has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Institute for Learning Development and founded Burris Consulting Agency in February 2013, where Burris serves as CEO. Previously, Burris was the Chief Academic Officer at Sevenstar from July 2016 to April 2019. Burris holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida, along with a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University.
