Susan D. Baker

Susan D. Baker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner in the Corporate Department at Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP since June 1985. Prior to this, Susan was an Associate in the Municipal Bond Department at Miles & Stockbridge from August 1983 to March 1985. Susan holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
