Scot Neukirch

Scot Neukirch has extensive experience in finance management, having held the position of Finance Director at Niles Park District since August 2016, and previously serving as Finance Director for the Village of Niles, IL from 2006 to August 2016, as well as for the Village of Morton Grove from January 2004 to May 2006. Scot Neukirch earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Rockford University, where studies took place from 1987 to 2000.
