Prior roles at Nilfisk include Country Manager for Türkiye and MEA, where strategic market growth and team leadership were emphasized, and Sales Director overseeing sales operations. Fatih's earlier experience includes key positions at Kärcher Türkiye and Abbate A.Ş., along with a foundational role at ÇBS Boya, where significant market reorganization efforts were made.
