Heidi Pontoppidan

Heidi Pontoppidan is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Since March 2016, Heidi has served as the Head of Legal at Nilfisk, holding titles such as Associate General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to Nilfisk, Heidi worked at DuPont Nutrition & Health as Corporate Counsel, focusing on commercial and intellectual property agreements, and strategic partnerships with leading food and feed companies. Earlier career experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at Sandoz and serving as an Assistant Attorney at Gorrissen Federspiel, where expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property was developed. Heidi began her legal career with an internship at Sydney Olympic Park Authority. Academic qualifications include a law degree from Københavns Universitet and additional studies at Macquarie University.
