Paolo Dotti

Paolo Dotti is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and lean transformations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Vice President of IVS Operations & Site and CEO at Nilfisk S.p.A. since April 2006, Paolo has successfully overseen significant improvements in customer service, logistics, production planning, and quality management, achieving noteworthy reductions in time to market and inventory levels. Prior to Nilfisk, Paolo held the position of Plant Manager at Dover Italy for nearly nine years, where accomplishments included restructuring initiatives and lean process improvements. Paolo's career began at Comer Industries as General Manager Assistant and Plant Manager. Paolo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico Lazzaro Spallanzani.
