Nadja Rumjanceva

Nadja Rumjanceva is an experienced compliance and risk management professional currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Nilos since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nadja was the Director of Risk Management at Fireblocks, where a robust Product Risk Management Framework was developed for a leading digital asset infrastructure provider. With extensive experience at Payoneer, Nadja held multiple positions including Director of Compliance Strategy, where significant advancements in transaction monitoring systems and collaboration between Compliance and Business units were achieved. Nadja's earlier roles included Senior Manager in Compliance Documentation and Training, where oversight of Compliance training programs and policy development took precedence. Nadja's academic background features a Ph.D. in English and American Literature and Culture from the University of Bonn, along with a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
