Victoria (Tor) Connolly has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Victoria (Tor) started their career at Capita Financial as a Compliance Associate from 2004 to 2006. Victoria (Tor) then moved to Schroders as a Compliance Specialist from 2006 to 2008. After that, they joined the Financial Services Authority as an Associate from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Compliance Officer at CCLA Investment Management Ltd. Victoria (Tor) then worked at Invesco Perpetual as a Compliance Executive from 2012 to 2015 and as a Distribution Operations Manager from 2015 to 2016. Victoria (Tor) worked as a Compliance Adviser at Royal London Asset Management from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Huntswood as a Senior Regulatory Consultant and then transitioned to a Technical Adviser role focusing on Wealth, Pensions, and Asset Management from 2020 to 2022. Victoria (Tor) later joined Quilter Financial Planning as the Head of Compliance from 2023 and then shifted to the role of Head of Compliance Monitoring & Thematic Reviews within the same company in November 2023.
