Matthew Woodall is an experienced professional in the culinary and sales sectors, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at Niman Ranch since January 2016, where responsibilities include connecting chefs and retailers with sustainably sourced meats. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Chef de Cuisine at Cochon Restaurant from January 2009 to December 2015, leading a team at an award-winning establishment in New Orleans. Earlier experience includes internships and positions at Highlands Bar and Grill, Fire Restaurant, and Hot and Hot Fish Club. Matthew holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
