Håkon Nøkleby

Håkon Nøkleby has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2003 with various part-time and full-time jobs such as research assistant, chef, waiter, customer service employee, and summer assistant. In 2008, they worked as an insurance advisor at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank, gaining valuable sales experience and the ability to build trustworthy relations with clients. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Content Manager and Social Media Consultant at Nettrafikk AS, where they enhanced their communicative skills and digital media competence. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Business Development Manager at Posten Norge AS, where they had the digital responsibility for different services and operated the webpages related to these services. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Head of Sales and Business Development at Nimber, and is currently the Head of Sales and Business Development at Fraktbestilling.

Håkon Nøkleby obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Handelshøyskolen BI between 2004 and 2007. Håkon then went on to receive a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Strategic Market Creation (SMC) from Copenhagen Business School between 2009 and 2012. In 2017, they obtained a Google Analytics Certification from Google in August and a "Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World" certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in March.
