Valentina Fava

Valentina Fava currently serves as the Head of Business Development and Responsabile di Impatto at Cesarine since September 2021, having previously held the role of Head of Online Experience & E-Commerce at the same company. Prior experience includes various managerial positions at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from September 2015 to August 2021, focusing on Product Technology and Operations, as well as project management for renowned fashion brands. Previously, Valentina worked at YOOX Group and UPS, gaining expertise in e-commerce project management and logistics. Valentina holds advanced degrees in Business Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, alongside a foundational qualification in Industrial Management.
