Von Sy

Von Sy has extensive experience in the corporate world. In 2015, they founded and served as the CEO of Nimble Babies Limited. Prior to this, they were a R&D Consultant at Manpower from 2014, where they facilitated risk assessment and management workshops for new product innovations, created new business strategies for R&D, and led technology transfer into new factories. From 2003 to 2014, they were employed at Unilever, where they held various roles, including Global Technical Project Leader & Formulation Manager - Deodorants, Global Technical Project Leader - Laundry Liquids, Research Scientist - Laundry Enzymes, and Assistant Product Development Manager - Home Care. In their role as Global Technical Project Leader & Formulation Manager - Deodorants, they were responsible for all the technical requirements of innovation projects, with specific responsibilities on project networks, R&D team management, formulation development, and project budgets. As Formulation Manager, they were responsible for new formulation capabilities through Research and Open Innovation.

Von Sy attended the University of the Philippines from 1998 to 2002, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
