Courtney Lee is a data analytics expert with extensive experience leading teams and driving data-driven decision-making in various organizations. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Practice for Analytics at Nimble Gravity, Courtney specializes in transforming challenges into growth opportunities through advanced data science and digital technologies. Prior to this role, Courtney held key positions at Arrow Electronics, including Analytics Manager, where notable achievements included launching a successful loyalty program and implementing innovative analytics solutions that significantly increased revenue and customer engagement. Earlier experience also includes roles at Elevation Corporate Health as an Indoor Cycling Instructor and Blue Moon Digital, Inc. as a Web Analytics Specialist II.
