Marsha Bures

Marsha Bures has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Marsha most recently served as the Director of Quality and Regulatory at Nimble Science since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Regulatory Compliance Manager/Acting Quality Assurance Manager at Fluid Energy Group Ltd./SciencePak Inc. (subsidiary) from August 2020 to March 2022.

Before that, Marsha worked at Rodan + Fields, where they held two positions. Marsha was the US Corporate Senior Quality Compliance Data Analyst from May 2020 to August 2020, and prior to that, they served as the Manager of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance from December 2019 to May 2020.

From January 2018 to October 2019, Marsha worked as the Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager at Candre Cannabis Inc. Before that, they had a long tenure at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, where they served as a Research Analyst from November 2001 to August 2019.

Marsha's earlier experience includes roles such as Quality Assurance Supervisor-Containment Facility at Banner Pharmacaps from January 1999 to December 2001, and Narcotics Department Manager at Kohl and Frisch Ltd. from January 1997 to January 1999.

Throughout their career, Marsha has gained expertise in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and research analysis. Marsha'swork experience demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance with regulations in the industries they have worked in.

Marsha Bures holds a Masters degree in Analytical Chemistry from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Alberta, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Marsha has obtained several certifications. In May 2019, they completed a certification in Regulatory Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Marsha also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, which they obtained in June 2011 from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, Management Development Centre. Furthermore, Marsha has obtained an Internal QMS (ISO/IEC 17025:2005) certification from Ashbrook Quality Assurance in March 2010.
