Crystal Major

Crystal Major has a diverse work experience. Crystal began their career at The Cleaning Company of St. Louis in 2011, where they served as an Owner/Operator for almost nine years until 2020. In March of that year, they joined National Medical Billing Services as a Client Manager. Crystal quickly advanced to the position of Senior Client Manager in January 2022, where they currently hold the role.

Crystal Major earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ashford University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
