Dr. Darya Inocencio

Dr. Darya Inocencio, PharmD, RPh, serves as the Director of Pharmacy Operations at NimbleRx since April 2024 and is the Founder and CEO of TakeWithFood Pharmacist Consulting, Inc., established in December 2022. Previously, Dr. Inocencio held the position of Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Premier Pharmacy Solutions from January 2023 to October 2023 and was involved in various roles at Outcomes™, including Pharmacy Training Manager, Residency Program Director, and Pharmacy Operations Advisor from August 2018 to September 2022. Additional experience includes advising as an APPE Preceptor at Marshall B. Ketchum University and Western University of Health Sciences and teaching as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Chapman University School of Pharmacy from August 2019 to August 2022. Dr. Inocencio began a career in pharmacy at CVS Health as an intern pharmacist and certified pharmacy technician from March 2014 to August 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy from Western University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine.
