Currently serving as Assistant General Manager of HR and Administration at Nimbus Harbor Facilities Management since May 2017, Gaurav plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and promoting a positive workplace culture. Prior to this, Gaurav was the proprietor of Dhristhi Enterprises, providing coworking spaces with comprehensive IT solutions. Earlier career milestones include serving as Operations Manager at Serco, focusing on business analysis and client service, and working as a Merchandiser for InterCraft Ltd., specializing in denim fabric processes. Gaurav holds an MBA in marketing from The Air Force School in Subroto Park.
