Debra Brennan

Debra Brennan has extensive experience in the field of protein sciences and structural biology. Debra started their career at Merck in 1994, where they worked on biochemistry, structural biology, molecular biology, and phage display libraries until 1998. Debra then joined Vertex Pharmaceuticals in 2000, focusing on biochemistry towards structural biology until 2007. At Boehringer Ingelheim, they served as the Head of Protein Sciences from 2007 to 2017, overseeing protein production for various applications and developing collaborations. Debra then joined TESARO, Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Principal Scientist and later became the Senior Director of Protein Sciences, playing a significant role in protein production and supporting lead discovery.
