Nicolò Baruzzo

Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer at SMART Technologies since July 2010, specializing in the development of hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Previously, Chris served as a Firmware Engineer at the same company, focusing on firmware and diagnostic tool development for collaborative solutions. Prior roles include Electronics Contractor at the Science Alberta Foundation, where Chris designed and repaired educational devices, and Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, assisting with lab conduct and exam invigilation. Earlier experience includes working as an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, developing control systems for forestry equipment. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
