Ken Douglas is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Board and Investment Committee Member at Nina Capital since March 2019, Douglas focuses on early-stage investments in health tech companies led by European founders. As a Partner at Argos Capital Partners since July 2017, Douglas offers expert advice on mergers, acquisitions, and investment strategies. Previously, Douglas held significant roles including Managing Director and Advisory Board Chairman at PEN & TEC CONSULTING, where regulatory support was provided to food and feed companies in the EU. Additional experience includes serving as a Partner at teamOn Corporate Finance, a Senior Partner at Emergia Partners, and an Investment Director at 3i Group plc. Douglas holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an MA (Hons) in Economics and Law from the University of Aberdeen.
