Lyla Kok is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product design and customer experience. As the Founder and Chief Product Officer at Nina.care since December 2019, Lyla has leveraged previous roles, including Lecturer at TU Delft and Market Analyst & Customer Experience at Zodiac Aerospace, where responsibilities included managing design processes and ensuring market understanding. Lyla's background includes a Graduate Internship focused on process optimization at KLM, as well as research internships at Philips Design and Vebego Innovations. With a Master of Engineering in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology, Lyla also has a history of leadership in various team-based roles, including coaching competitive rowing and organizing initiatives with Engineers Without Borders NL.
