Mikkel Wivel

Mikkel is a very experienced project manager who can lead and advise at both project, program and portfolio level, just as he can conduct strategic work or be part of it as a sparring partner. With over 20 years of experience in delivering IT projects, Mikkel is an expert in organizing and managing all project phases. Mikkel has extensive experience as an agile project manager and advisor regarding the practical application of Scrum and agile processes in large and complex development projects as well as smaller projects.

One of Mikkel's most important focus areas as a project manager is to establish the prerequisites for good cooperation in order to achieve high efficiency and quality in delivery. Mikkel also insists on familiarizing himself with the business' needs and requirements for the project, in order to be able to see through the contexts, risks and special focus areas in the project.
