Ben James

Ben James currently serves as the Senior Business Partner for People & Culture at Nine, supporting over 800 professionals in the Publishing division. Prior experience includes a senior role at TAFE NSW, where Ben advised management on workforce-related issues and led organization design initiatives. Ben has also championed LGBTIQA+ inclusion as the Chair of the TAFE NSW Pride Network and held leadership positions at Uber and Apple, focusing on operations and team management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategic Organisational Development & Human Resources Management from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Sydney.
