Bill Cline's education history begins in 1988 when they attended Oklahoma State University for a year, studying Ag Econ/Education. In 1990, they enrolled at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, where they obtained an A&P License in Aircraft Maintenance with Avionics in 1991. Bill later attended Dallas Baptist University, where they pursued a degree in Business Management. Throughout their education, they also obtained an Airframe and Powerplant License in October 1991. As of 2020, Bill's education journey continues at Dallas Baptist University.
