Leah Freeman

Leah Freeman is a strategic communicator and dynamic leader with extensive expertise in public relations, crisis communications, and brand management. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at Nine PBS, Leah oversees the institution's strategic communications and community engagement efforts. Previously, Leah held the role of Vice President of Marketing and External Relations at LaunchCode, where they developed communications strategies to enhance the organization's brand. Leah’s career began with roles at the Institute for Future Agricultural Leaders and Murray State University, and they have also worked as a Public Information Specialist for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Leah holds a Master's degree in Media Communications from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Murray State University.
