Andrea Crothers

Andrea Crothers is an experienced journalist currently serving as a reporter for the Today Show at Nine since October 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at Sky News Australia from January 2019 to October 2022, holding positions including Political Reporter, Senior Reporter, and Video Journalist. Andrea's career also includes serving as Chief of Staff and Journalist at WIN Television and working as a Journalist and Presenter for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Andrea has freelance experience in journalism and photography, specializing in regional and agricultural media. Additionally, Andrea was a Journalist and Section Editor at Queensland Country Life newspaper and acted as Editor during tenure. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Entertainment Industries with a focus on Screen Studies and Journalism from Queensland University of Technology and completed schooling at St Hilda's School in Gold Coast.
