Tessa Maughan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tessa started their career at White Magazine as a Social Media and PR Intern in 2013. Tessa then moved to Witchery, where they worked as a Retail Assistant and later became a Visual Merchandiser from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Fairfax Media as a Brand & Audience Coordinator before being promoted to Brand Executive in the Prestige Group. Tessa then transitioned to a Junior Brand Manager role and eventually became a Brand Manager for Luxury. In 2019, Tessa joined Nine as a Brand & Acquisition Manager for the Financial Review. Currently, they hold the position of Brand & Acquisition Marketing Lead for the same publication.
Tessa Maughan completed their Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing Communications & Public Relations from the University of Technology Sydney between 2010 and 2013. Tessa also participated in an exchange semester at the University of Westminster, focusing on Fashion Buying & Merchandising, Forecasting, and Range Planning. In 2022, they completed the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson, specializing in Brand Management.
