Philip Hayes

Philip Hayes is the current director at NineStar Connect. Philip has also previously worked at Raytheon and the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD). At Raytheon, they were responsible for budget, facilities effectiveness, overhead management and rate structure, long term planning. At NAWCWD, they were a program manager for ground based systems.

Philip Hayes has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University Krannert School of Management.
