Shilpa Sethi

Shilpa Sethi has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Shilpa is currently the Head of QA at Ninety Percent of Everything (90POE), starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a QA Lead at Elbit Systems from September 2019 to July 2021, where they analyzed and identified gaps in the existing delivery model and proposed test and acceptance plans. Shilpa also identified technical debt in the automation framework.

From 2013 to 2019, Shilpa held multiple roles at Vistair Systems Ltd. Shilpa started as a QA Specialist, defining test strategy, project scope, and driving automation efforts. Shilpa then became a Test Manager, handling automation and non-functional testing. Additionally, they worked as an Automation Test Analyst and a Test Engineer.

Before that, Shilpa worked at intY Ltd as a QA Engineer, where they conducted manual and automation testing of cloud-based applications. Shilpa also created and executed test scripts.

Their career began at Aricent Group in 2007, where they worked as a Technical Lead in Testing, formulating test strategies and implementing process improvement initiatives. Shilpa also worked as a Software Engineer Testing, gaining experience in automation development.

In 2006, Shilpa worked at Hewitt Associates as a Setup Configuration Analyst, configuring the Benefits Administration System and preparing unit test plans.

Shilpa Sethi pursued their education in a chronological manner. Shilpa attended Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Technology with a focus on Computer Science. Following this, they enrolled at Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in IT.
