Erick Prospero has a diverse work experience in various industries. Erick started their career as a Virtual Learning specialist at the Institute for Supply Management in 2014 and worked there until 2017. After that, they joined Rolls-Royce as an Operations Manager GLP until 2014. In 2015, Erick became the Chief Ninja at Ninja Tropic eLearning, where they provided video training services to leading universities, enterprises, and associations. In 2019, they started their own company called Press Play Learn, where they served as the Principal Consultant & CEO, specializing in developing innovative video curriculum and scalable businesses. Currently, Erick is the Head of Product & Investor at Palaestra, starting from 2023.
Erick Prospero attended Arizona State University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Additionally, Erick obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Professional in Supply Management® (CPSM®) certification from the Institute for Supply Management.
