Eugene Chum

Eugene Chum is currently serving as the Regional Head of Partnerships at Ninja Van since May 2023. Prior to this role, Eugene held several positions at Shopee from June 2016 to May 2023, including Head of Operations (SG), Deputy Head of Operations (SG), Customer Experience Lead for both Malaysia and Singapore, and Seller Operations Lead for Malaysia. Eugene's earlier experience includes positions at Digi Telecommunications from July 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities included Senior Associate roles in Product Development focusing on Consumer Market and Service Innovation, as well as an Associate position in Service Innovation. Eugene began the career with an internship in Human Resources at DHL Supply Chain in early 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, completed in 2013.
