Joleen Tan

Joleen Tan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition at Ninja Van since August 2021, where Joleen has progressed through several roles within the company. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Specialist at Baxter International Inc., a Fortune 500 healthcare company, from June 2020 to August 2021. Joleen also completed an internship in Human Resources Operations with Marriott International, supporting talent acquisition for the APEC region, where responsibilities included hiring for executive roles across multiple pre-opening properties. Additionally, an internship at SP Group provided foundational experience in human resources shared services. Joleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
