Olyvianda Putra has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Olyvianda started their career at Minamifuji.Ltd as a Junior Management Consultant, where they conducted research and analysis for Japanese company clients. Olyvianda also presented business proposals and arranged visits for senior management. From 2015 to 2016, Olyvianda worked as a Business Processing Analyst at Accenture in the Philippines. Olyvianda then joined Accenture as a Subject Matter Expert, where they defined issues and implemented improvements for clients within service level agreements. Olyvianda also served as a Team Lead, providing leadership and insight to business clients. Their most recent role was at Ninja Van, where they held positions as Head of Operation Data Analysis and Head of Corporate Fleet. In these roles, they managed budgets, controlled costs, and ensured key performance indicators were met.
