Samantha Raeburn

Samantha Raeburn is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition at Ninja Van since September 2019. With previous roles at Ninja Van including Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and Assistant Manager, Samantha plays a key role in shaping the company's recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Advisor for Pratt & Whitney through Randstad Sourceright, focusing on multiple sectors and companies within the aerospace industry, along with a consultancy role at Morgan McKinley for Middle to Senior HR talent. Samantha began her career with internships at Page Personnel and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University.
