Samuel Heng

Samuel Heng has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Samuel is currently serving as the Regional Transformation Lead (Information Security) at Ninja Van since 2022. Prior to that, they were the HR Strategy & Operations Lead at Motul Asia Pacific from 2019 to 2022, where they led cross-functional projects and transformed the department's role. Samuel also worked as a Business Analyst at BHP in 2019, where they provided consulting services on project planning and management. Before that, they served as a Manager at PwC South East Asian Consulting from 2016 to 2018, leading experience design engagements. Additionally, Samuel has experience as a Realtor at ERA Real Estate, an Associate Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, an Analyst at Accenture, and a Web Consultant for their own business. Samuel also had a Public Relations Internship at Weber Shandwick.

Samuel Heng obtained a Diploma in Multimedia Computing from Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 2003 to 2006. Samuel then pursued a B.Soc.Sci. (Hons) degree in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they also obtained an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from the Workforce Development Agency (Singapore).
