Prior experience includes roles as Principal Advisor at B2C Advisory, Advisor at LogisticsX, and Country Manager for DHL eCommerce Solutions, focusing on market opportunities in the e-commerce sector. Sham has held various senior positions within DHL, including Managing Director for DHL Global Mail Asia Pacific and Head of DHL Global Mail (SEA & India), where responsibilities included product management, market expansion, and business development across the region. Education includes a General Management certificate from the National University of Singapore and a degree from Northwood University.
