Arthur Brendle has extensive experience in customer relations and customer success management. Arthur worked as a Customer Success Manager at CI&T from March 2012 to February 2014, and later at Fidessa from March 2014 to February 2017. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption of company products, and managing customer relationships.

In 2017, Arthur joined NinjaPromo as the Chief Customer Officer. In this role, they provided executive support during client engagements, built strong relationships, and represented the customer voice in decision-making processes. Arthur also engaged in regular exchanges with customers to gather insights and expertise.

Recently, Arthur became the Head of Customer Relations at Duck.design, starting in January 2021. In this position, they lead and motivates a team to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Communication skills, motivation, and leadership are essential in this role to maximize customer retention and create new opportunities.
