Joel Jaggi

Joel Jaggi's work experience begins in 2015 at Starcom, where they served as a Client Manager until September 2019. In September 2019, Joel joined NinjaPromo as the Head of Customer Relations, where they lead and motivates a team to provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, they are responsible for maximizing customer retention and creating new opportunities. Joel's most recent position is as a Commercial Contractor at Duck.design, starting in February 2022. In this role, they manage project management, accounting/payroll, prospecting/procurement, and operations management. Joel also generates business through various marketing strategies and oversees construction crews to ensure code compliance and satisfactory project completion.

Joel Jaggi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Swiss School of Business and Management, where they studied from 2010 to 2015.
