Brian Krupczak

Brian Krupczak serves as Assistant General Counsel at NinjaOne since September 2022, previously holding the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary at Nuix from 2010 to September 2022. At Nuix, Brian led the global legal and regulatory functions, partnering with the Board of Directors to navigate critical growth phases, including the company's first significant financial milestone. Brian established a high-performing legal department at Nuix, facilitating the company's expansion to over 300 employees in a dynamic technology startup environment. Prior to Nuix, Brian interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2010. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus on Tax Law and Business Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University, studying History and Russian Studies.
