Krishna Shastry has worked in sales operations for over 8 years. Krishna started their career as a Business Systems Analyst at LiveOps in 2012. There, they were responsible for administering Salesforce.com and integrating it with 3rd party applications. Krishna also collaborated with various stakeholders across the company to automate business processes and increase efficiency within their organization. In 2014, they transitioned to BrightRoll as a Sales Analyst. And in 2016, they took on the role of Sales Operations Manager at Pantheon Platform, where they worked closely with the executive team on sales strategy, planning, and tracking of key metrics. Krishna also built out a suite of dashboards to track KPI’s for all internal and external go-to-market teams. In 2018, they took on their current role as Sales Operations Manager at NinjaOne.
Krishna Shastry has a BA in Economics/Business MIS from San Jose State University. They also have a Summer Course in Fundamentals of Wealth Management from Stanford University. Lastly, they have an Administration Essentials (ADM-201) in Implementation & Support from Salesforce. They are also Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator.
