Lauren Ramos

Lauren Ramos is an AP Specialist at NinjaOne. Lauren previously worked as a Billing Analyst at Atlas Professional Services from January 2014 to December 2019. In their role as Billing Analyst, they were responsible for generating 360+ routine monthly invoices for services rendered and an additional 30+ ad hoc weekly invoices for specialized services. Lauren also completed invoices from scratch, taking into consideration SLA’s, pro-rates, and scope of work into billing process. Lauren also managed inventory and vendor services, including generating quotes for hardware/software IT equipment and the licensing purchases/renewals.
