Nathan May

VP, Global Support at NinjaOne

Nathan May has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Nathan is currently serving as the Vice President Global Support at NinjaOne since 2022. Prior to this, Nathan worked at eBay as the Senior Director, CS Payments & Risk Ops from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they successfully managed a $92MM budget, led the migration of 100MM customers to the Global Payments platform, and achieved outstanding CSAT and Resolution results.

Before joining eBay, Nathan worked at Sedgwick as the Managing Director Contact Center Operations from 2018 to 2020. During their tenure, they played a pivotal role in scaling capacity and leading transformation across global acquisitions, resulting in budget savings and zero customer impact during the pandemic. Nathan also oversaw the implementation of key SaaS products as part of the location-agnostic support strategy.

Prior to Sedgwick, Nathan served in various roles at Visa from 2014 to 2018, including Vice President, Prepaid Customer Service and Sr. Director, Prepaid Customer Service. During this time, they were responsible for account management, client onboarding, growth and retention strategies, and oversaw process improvements to onboarding and risk management offerings.

From 2009 to 2014, Nathan worked at PayPal, an eBay company, as the Director, Philippine Outsourcing. In this role, they successfully implemented capabilities and complexity strategies to improve KPIs and benchmark performance across multiple outsource locations. Nathan also focused on channel support strategy to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Nathan's professional journey began at Teleperformance, where they worked as the VP Operations from 2006 to 2009.

Nathan May holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
