Tanuja Paruchuri has extensive experience in sales enablement and program management. Tanuja began their career in 2006 as a Territory Sales Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, where they managed a territory of 1,500 local market accounts. Tanuja then joined Corporate Executive Board in 2007 as a Marketing Associate, managing a territory of 500 potential client companies. In 2009, they became a Campaign Strategist at Vohra Campaign.

In 2008, Tanuja joined Blackboard as a Sales Operations Specialist, where they created a comprehensive Sales Resource Guide and managed meetings between C-Suite executives and strategic clients during conferences. Tanuja also served as a Program Manager in Sales Enablement, identifying and pursuing opportunities to collect and store company intellectual property related to marketing.

From 2014 to 2018, Tanuja pursued their passion project as the Founder and CEO of Love Bites by Tanuja, creating a healthy dessert product and growing their social media following.

Tanuja then moved into the tech industry, working at dotloop as a Sales Enablement Manager. Tanuja joined GitLab in 2019 as a Sr. Program Manager in Sales Enablement, where they managed various programs focused on sales messaging, content, onboarding, and commercial accounts.

Tanuja continued their career at Okta in 2021 as Sales Enablement in Strategic Accounts. Tanuja then joined H1 in 2022, holding positions as Director of Sales Enablement and Director of Product Marketing. Currently, they are the Global Director of Revenue Enablement at NinjaOne, starting in 2023.

Tanuja Paruchuri received a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006. In 2010, they obtained a certification as a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, recognized by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Additionally, Tanuja has acquired various certifications, including Learning to Teach Online, Sales Enablement, Sales: Data-Driven Sales Management, Strategic Thinking, Instructional Design for Non-Designers, Instructional Design: Adult Learners, Gretchen Rubin on Creating Great Workplace Habits, Leadership Foundations, Learning Document Retention and Data Management, Managing Your Time, The Five-Step Creative Process, Managing Your Sales Process, Sales Coaching, The Science of Sales, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). Tanuja's certification in Dimensions of Professional Selling was obtained from Carew International in 2007.
